Duke Ping of Cáo〔春秋三傳比義, Volume 2〕 (Chinese: 曹平公, pinyin: ''Cáo Píng Gōng'') was a nobleman in ancient China, who lived during the Zhou Dynasty.〔(''Rulers of Cáo'' at the ''Chinese Text Project'' )〕 He was a ruler of the State of Cao, successor and son of Duke Wu of Cao.〔Lu Jun Ling: ''Chronology of Chinese dynasties'', 1982, Taipei〕 His personal name was 須/须 (Xū).
